Waiver for Registration at the Door

We have received reports that some attendees have had difficulties registering for the Institute this year.  Due to the lateness of the date, we recommend that those who did not receive confirmations arrive early. 

  • If possible, print and bring this page with you.
     

  • If you are unable to print this waiver, inform the worker at the registration desk when you arrive
     

  •  If you were unable to meet the early registration date, the early fee will be honored at the door.
     

  •  If you did not have time to get your purchase order cleared, PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND ANYWAY. 
    Bring a copy of your registration form with you.
     

  • Scholarship applications will also be processed on site.  If you have not received confirmation on your scholarship application, please PLAN TO ATTEND ANYWAY.  We will work out any difficulties when you arrive. We don't want anyone to miss the Institute.
     

  • Please have your paperwork filled out, as we anticipate processing and resolving problems on site.
