Help for Supervisors

  • Preparation for Practice   this manual was produced by the Pacific Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center for college programs to prepare students enrolled in substance abuse programs for practice.  It may have information and forms that can be adapted for your use.
     

  • Introduction to Addiction Studies  - This manual was developed by the Pacific Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center as a course text for an introductory class in addiction studies. It has all the basic information that interns need to know, and notes and resources for educators.
     

  • KSA's - This document, also produced by the Addiction Technology Transfer Center, is an evaluation rubric that can be used to assess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the candidate.  This document summarizes all the training that is considered necessary for the candidate to begin competent professional practice at the entry level.
