Clinical Documentation These Materials Came from a Training Program Produced by the New Mexico Department of Health. Although the slides state that the student should communicate with the Region that produced the material, this region no longer exists. CEU's are not currently available, but NMAEN is seeking to restore these.
•This training
is divided into four sections.
•Following each section there will be questions relating to the
material covered in that section. Mastery of this material will
adequately prepare the candidate for the documentation portion of the
LADAC Exam.
